System.Data.SQLite

Greetings,

I did the install, added refence and added the apps.config file, but I can not call 

SQLiteConnection.CreateFile("c:\\mydatabasefile.db3"); 

from the example program.  Completion doesn't work and the file doesn't compile.

What am I missing?

 If you are running Windows Vista/7 do you have permission to write directly to the C:\ Drive that can also cause issues..
