System.Data.SQLite

It happens since i remember and i decided to write about this. When i'm in IDE, developing my app (vs express edition) and want to look at the database with some other app like manager and then, even if i close it (that manager), i cannot compile my project because of error: database is used by another application or is locked. every time i must not only close project but even close VS and restart it to have possibility to compile my project. Is there any solution for this? any table preview in dataset is working and nothing happen, no error that database is locked, only when i want compile project or run with debugger.

I'll see if I can repeat this locally.  If it's something in my code, it can probably be fixed.

Hi! maybe it is similar problem: when i change default value in table column property in dataset designer, and then i want to run my application i got the same error: database is used by another process!
